Focus Area: Moral/Life Skills

Session Objective: Life Skills, Survival Guides, and a Camping Experience

Information and interactions for the session are building blocks for the rites of passage.

When: May 21-22, 2022

(Saturday, arrive at 11:45 AM and Sunday, pickup at 10 AM)

*Note: Session includes an overnight camping experience

Locations:

Emerald Lake Golf Club (Saturday, arrive at 11:45 AM)

Overnight camping experience activity

Attire: TROPF Navy Polo, Khaki Pants, HuROP T-shirt, Comfortable Shoes that you don't mind getting wet and dirty, Athletic Shorts, TROPF face mask required.

Session Assignments:

Vision Board – Continue adding content that illustrates who you are

Review outline format for the culminating speech and come prepared to:

o Define the meaning of the word issued by Mr. Thornhill

o Declare his second language for the speech

o Send all Thank you notes and verify all were sent by noting the status on the log form

Required Materials/Supplies to Bring:

  1. Vision Board

  2. Outline of Speech

  3. Bank Statement

  4. Sleeping Bag

  5. Tent (Only if you already have one, please let me know if you will be bringing yours no later than May 8, 2022 by 11:59 pm)

  6. 1 Large Trash Bag

  7. Rain Poncho
